Watch Noble — One-Year Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty for Pre-Owned Luxury Watches

Watch Noble provides a one-year (12-month) limited warranty on pre-owned mechanical and quartz watches purchased directly from Watch Noble, unless different warranty terms are expressly disclosed in writing before purchase.

This limited warranty is provided by Watch Noble and is independent of any warranty offered by the original watch manufacturer.

1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in the internal mechanical or quartz movement that arise under normal, intended use during the warranty period.

For qualifying defects, Watch Noble will arrange repairs through its designated watchmaker or another qualified service provider selected by Watch Noble. Watch Noble will cover the reasonable cost of labor and replacement components necessary to correct a covered defect.

Quartz Watch Battery Coverage

For quartz watches purchased from Watch Noble, battery replacement is covered during the original one-year (12-month) warranty period. If a battery requires replacement during this period, Watch Noble will provide the replacement battery and installation through its designated service provider at no charge to the customer.

Battery coverage expires 12 months after the original purchase date. Battery replacements do not restart or extend the warranty period, except where required by applicable law.

2. Warranty Duration

The warranty begins on the original purchase date and continues for twelve (12) months.

Warranty repairs and battery replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period, except where required by applicable law.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is nontransferable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Exclusions — What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic deterioration.

  • Scratches, dents, discoloration, or damage to the case, crystal, bezel, dial, hands, bracelet, strap, clasp, or other external components.

  • Damage caused by accidents, dropping, impact, shock, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Water intrusion, moisture damage, corrosion, or exposure to liquids.

  • Damage caused by magnetic fields, extreme temperatures, chemicals, or improper storage.

  • Damage caused by improper third-party repairs, modifications, alterations, or incompatible replacement components.

  • Routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, or servicing unrelated to a covered defect.

  • Battery leakage, corrosion, or damage resulting from misuse or other excluded conditions, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Conditions expressly disclosed in writing before purchase as existing defects or excluded conditions, to the extent permitted by law.

  • Damage occurring during shipping or handling by third parties, except to the extent Watch Noble is legally responsible.

4. Vintage Watches & Water Resistance

Pre-owned and vintage watches may exhibit characteristics consistent with their age, previous use, and service history.

Watch Noble does not guarantee original factory accuracy, power reserve, or water-resistance specifications unless expressly stated in writing at the time of sale.

Water resistance is not covered under this limited warranty unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Customers should not assume that a pre-owned or vintage watch is suitable for swimming, showering, diving, or other water-related activities without appropriate testing.

5. Third-Party Repairs, Servicing & Modifications

All warranty repairs must be arranged through Watch Noble or a service provider expressly authorized by Watch Noble.

Customers must contact Watch Noble and obtain written authorization before arranging any third-party inspection, repair, servicing, movement adjustment, modification, or replacement of components for a claimed warranty issue.

Watch Noble does not reimburse or assume responsibility for any third-party service, labor, parts, or related expenses unless expressly authorized in writing in advance.

Damage, defects, or malfunctions caused by third-party repairs, servicing, alterations, improper handling, or incompatible replacement components are excluded from warranty coverage.

Where third-party work has caused or contributed to a reported defect, Watch Noble may deny coverage for that defect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Unauthorized third-party work does not automatically void coverage for unrelated defects where prohibited by applicable law.

Watch Noble reserves the right to inspect the timepiece and evaluate the cause of any reported defect before approving warranty service.

6. Warranty Claims & Shipping

Customers must contact Watch Noble and obtain return authorization before shipping a watch for warranty evaluation.

Proof of purchase and a description of the reported problem must be provided.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging the watch and arranging and paying for secure, fully insured shipping to Watch Noble, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Watch Noble does not reimburse inbound shipping, insurance, or packaging costs unless required by applicable law.

For approved warranty repairs or covered quartz battery replacements, Watch Noble will pay for insured return shipping to the customer's original shipping address within the United States.

If a warranty claim is determined to be outside the stated coverage, Watch Noble will notify the customer before performing any chargeable repair. Return-shipping arrangements and applicable charges for denied claims will be communicated before the watch is returned.

Customers should retain shipping receipts, tracking information, and insurance documentation.

7. Inspection & Warranty Determination

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by Watch Noble or its designated watchmaker.

Warranty eligibility will be determined based on the watch's condition, the nature of the reported defect, available service history, and inspection findings.

If the defect qualifies for coverage, Watch Noble will arrange the necessary repair or covered battery replacement.

If the reported issue is excluded, Watch Noble may provide an estimate for non-warranty service.

No chargeable repair will be performed without customer authorization.

8. Warranty Remedies

For a covered defect, Watch Noble will repair or replace defective movement components as reasonably necessary.

Watch Noble may select the appropriate repair method and qualified service provider, consistent with applicable law.

If repair cannot reasonably be completed, Watch Noble may offer a comparable replacement, refund, or other remedy as required or permitted by applicable law.

Replacement components may differ from original components where appropriate and legally permissible. Material differences affecting originality, appearance, or value will be disclosed before installation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WATCH NOBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A PRODUCT DEFECT OR WARRANTY CLAIM, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSSES.

NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES LIABILITY OR LIMITS CUSTOMER RIGHTS WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Some states do not permit certain limitations or exclusions, so these provisions may not apply in every circumstance.

10. Applicable Law & Consumer Rights

This limited warranty is subject to applicable federal and state law.

Any implied warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed remain in effect. Where legally permitted, their duration is limited to the duration of this written limited warranty.

This warranty gives customers specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights that vary by state.

11. Warranty Contact

To request warranty service, customers must contact Watch Noble through our official website before shipping any timepiece.

Please include your name, purchase information, watch model, and a description of the reported issue.
