Returns & Refunds Policy

At Watch Noble, we are committed to providing authentic luxury timepieces and a transparent purchasing experience. We understand that purchasing a pre-owned luxury watch is an important decision. To help our customers shop with confidence, we offer a limited 3-day return policy on eligible pre-owned watches.

3-Day Return Policy — Pre-Owned Watches Only

Watch Noble accepts returns on eligible pre-owned watches subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Customers must contact Watch Noble within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of confirmed delivery to request a return authorization.

  • Return Shipment: Once authorized, the watch must be shipped back within 24 hours. If the shipping carrier is closed due to a weekend or recognized holiday, shipment must occur by the next available business day.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. All returns must be shipped using a trackable, fully insured shipping method approved by Watch Noble.

  • Original Condition: The watch must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in the same condition as originally delivered.

  • Included Accessories: All original accompanying items, including boxes, warranty cards, documentation, bracelet links, and accessories supplied with the purchase, must be returned.

  • Restocking Fees: Watch Noble does not charge restocking fees on approved returns. Nonrefundable payment-processing fees may be deducted from discretionary refunds as described in the Payment Processing Fees section below.

All returns require prior authorization from Watch Noble. Unauthorized returns may be refused, subject to applicable law.

Final Sale — Items Not Eligible for Return

The following purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for discretionary returns:

  • Brand-new watches.

  • Watches specially ordered into inventory at a customer's request.

  • Watches specifically sourced or acquired for an individual customer.

  • Custom-ordered, customized, or specially modified watches.

These exclusions apply whether the watch is new or pre-owned.

Final-sale conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Security Seals & Authentication

To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our inventory, Watch Noble may apply tamper-evident security seals to watches before shipment.

Customers must not remove, damage, or alter these seals during the inspection period. Watches must not be opened, disassembled, serviced, modified, or subjected to third-party work.

Every returned timepiece is personally inspected and authenticated by Watch Noble before a refund is approved.

Our inspection process may include verification of serial numbers, case condition, movement details, original components, security seals, and comparison with pre-shipment photographs and documentation.

If a security seal has been removed or disturbed, or if there is evidence of tampering, alteration, component substitution, or other discrepancies, Watch Noble reserves the right to conduct additional inspection, including examination by an independent professional watchmaker.

Returns that do not meet the disclosed return requirements may be denied, subject to applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once a returned watch has been received, inspected, and verified to meet the return requirements, Watch Noble will process the approved refund to the original payment method.

Refund processing is subject to applicable law and the processing times of the customer's payment provider.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for discretionary returns, except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for approved insured return shipping. Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer until the watch is received by Watch Noble, except where otherwise required by law.

Payment Processing Fees

Watch Noble does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

For discretionary returns of eligible pre-owned watches, original payment-processing fees that are nonrefundable to Watch Noble may be deducted from the customer's refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Any deduction will be limited to the actual, nonrecoverable processing fees charged to Watch Noble for the original transaction. These fees vary depending on the payment method selected by the customer, including credit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payment services.

Applicable payment-processing fee terms are disclosed to customers in their pre-purchase email confirmation, before payment is completed. The exact fee amount may vary based on the selected payment method and transaction.

Processing-fee deductions do not apply where a full refund is required by applicable law, including qualifying claims involving defective, incorrectly described, or misrepresented merchandise.

Watches Received Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Described

If a watch arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact Watch Noble promptly so we can review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Such claims will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable warranty obligations, independently of the discretionary 3-day return policy.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Watch Noble's discretionary return policy is separate from our one-year limited warranty.

Return Authorization

To request a return, please contact Watch Noble within the applicable return period through our website.

Please include your order number, watch model, and reason for requesting a return.

Do not ship a watch back without receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from Watch Noble.

Watch Noble reserves the right to verify the identity, authenticity, condition, and completeness of all returned merchandise before approving a discretionary refund.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
